Moving Items to a Shared Vault

Overview

You can move a personal item into a Shared Vault so your team can use it. Once moved, the item belongs to the Shared Vault and its members can access it according to their Groups.

Moving an item

1. Open the item and choose Edit.
2. Set Save to to the Shared Vault.
3. Choose which Groups can access it.
4. Save.

The item moves out of your personal vault and into the Shared Vault.

Good to know

• This is one-directional: once an item is in a Shared Vault, the Save to selector becomes read-only - you can’t move it back to your personal vault from the app.
• To move several items at once, select them and use Move to Shared Vault.

Tips

• Decide which Group an item belongs in before moving it, so the right people get access.
