Security Considerations
- Share links are encrypted - Only someone with the full link can decrypt
- Short expiration - Use the shortest practical expiration time
- Password protection - Share the password via a different channel
- Access tracking - Monitor who has accessed your shares
- Deletion rights - You can delete a share at any time, invalidating the link
Managing Active Shares
- Go to Tools > Secure Share
- View all your active shares
- Click a share to:
- Copy the link again
- View access count
- Delete the share
Tips
- Use Secure Share for external sharing, Zones for internal teams
- Always set an expiration date on shares
- For sensitive credentials, use both expiration AND password protection
- Communicate the share password through a different channel (phone, in person)
- Review and clean up old shares periodically
