Remove credentials from your vault

Overview

Remove items you no longer need. Deleted items go to the Trash first, so you can recover them.

Deleting an item

  1. Find the item in your vault.
  2. Click its trash icon.
  3. Confirm - the item is moved to the Trash.

Recovering items

Items stay in the Trash for 30 days before they’re removed for good.

  1. Open Trash from the sidebar.
  2. Find the item and click Restore.

Deleting permanently

In the Trash, select an item and click Delete Forever - or use Empty trash to clear everything. This can’t be undone.

Deleting several at once

Select the items you want (a checkbox appears on each row), then move them to the Trash together. In the Trash you can also Restore all or Empty trash.

Tips

  • Review the Trash now and then and clear out old items.
  • Restoring brings an item back exactly as it was.
